Dole Plantation

Our vacation in Hawaii continues…

Last week, my family and I visited Dole Plantation. Talk about pineapple heaven!

The grounds were beautiful and there was so much to see and do.

We window shopped,

rode the Pineapple Express,

and got lost in the world’s largest maze.

It was the perfect way to spend the day with the people that I love.

Great pictures! Thanks for taking me with you on your trip to Hawaii! I never knew that pineapples looked like that when they haven't been picked yet!

Man. I don't know where to start. First, pineapples are red? Never knew that. Second you look so fit and thin and beautiful in that self-portrait! Lovely. Third, loving all the family pics. Last. the shot of the train on the left of the frame and the plantation on the right. Absolutely so incredibly stunning in composition and light. Gorgeous.

I wonder why the pineapples that get shipped to the UK never look as red as these. Are they super ripe when they are red?

SO COOL! I wanted to do this while I was there- we took the hike up to the waterfalls instead. I love pineapple- it's always in our house & I am such a snot, after having it fresh I won't ever eat it out of a can now. :) It's what I eat for breakfast every single morning.
